Public Interest Litigation (PIL) is a legal action initiated in a court of law for the enforcement of public interest or general interest in cases where the aggrieved party might be unable to seek judicial redress. Unlike traditional legal cases, where the aggrieved party directly approaches the court seeking relief, PIL allows any citizen or group to file a petition on behalf of the public interest.
Our area of interest is Corporate Law, Criminal Law, Business law and International Commercial law.
