Mr. Vineet Dhanda is a distinguished legal luminary with an abundant career spanning more than 2 decades as an independent practitioner, from copyright cases to criminal matters, Mr. Dhanda has specialized in diverse areas of litigation. As the Central Government Standing Counsel at the Delhi High Court and the former Assistant Solicitor General of India, Mr. Dhanda brings a wealth of expertise to the field of law. His experience extends from various High Courts of the Country to the Supreme Court of India, successfully navigating complex legal matters, encompassing bail matters, trials of serious criminal cases and many more. Beyond the Independent Practice, Mr. Dhanda has served as the Additional Advocate General for Haryana in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India where he offered invaluable representation and counsel. Being a member of International Bar Association in the past and Holding a Master of Law Degree in Human Rights and International law from New Law College, Bharati Vidyapeeth Pune, Mr. Dhanda combines academic excellence with practical legal astuteness.
